Our Services

Seven Loaves Catering and Events is a full service catering company proudly serving all of D/FW and surrounding areas. Whether you’re having an intimate bridal shower, a wedding reception, or a corporate function, our family, along with the rest of our talented staff, is eager to serve you. Our custom menus are Chef inspired and designed to meet the likes and dislikes of our client. Whether you’re looking for passed hors d’oeuvres, a buffet, a chef-run action station, or a plated, sit down dinner; we can do it all. Cocktail Parties & Light Hors D'Oeuvres

This type of event can be casual or formal with 4 to 6 items passed, displayed or a combination of both. This service would not replace dinner but provide light bites. Parties, receptions or gatherings like this typically last between 1 and 3 hours.

Heavy Hors D'Oeuvres

This option would be best for parties that have limited seating or want to provide an atmosphere for mingling. Heavy Hors D’Oeuvres would be served in place of a buffet or seated dinner. Typically these parties last 2 to 4 hours.

Buffets

Buffets can be customized to fit your budget. These are typically offered at casual parties, business luncheons and wedding receptions. The buffet can offer single or multiple entrees with a variety of sides, salads and desserts.

Stations

Stations offer the most variety of food options and locations. The food offerings can be set up in multiple locations to allow guests multiple options to choose from. We find that this is most popular at weddings and special events. Typically the menu will include 3 to 5 stations and can be a mix of savory and sweet.

Plated Dinners

Menus for plated dinners are similar to those for stations but have the addition of staff to serve the meals and equipment costs. The extra expense depends on the size of the event. This is a good option for formal parties, business luncheons and wedding receptions. The menu can be customized to fit your budget and include appetizers, single or multiple entrees, sides, salads and desserts.

Drop Off & Delivery

We will bring the food to your venue or home. We will provide foil, disposable platters and containers along with plastic serving utensils. There maybe menu limitations for this service style. Our driver can set up wire warming chafers to help keep the food warm.

Wedding Coordinating

An onsite planner will allow the couple to relax without the stress of dealing with details that pop up on their wedding day. Partnering with "A Time To Gather" wedding and event planning will allow you a seamless event.

Full Staffing

You can expect one staff member per 30 guests for buffet service, with a minimum of 2 staff members. They will be there at least 1 hour prior to event and 1 hour after event to set up and break down. Additional hours may be charged for long distance venues or plated dinners.
